Recipe: Frostbite Martini
Updated: Dec 11, 2022
No need for Jack Frost to nip at your nose with this martini.
If you’re looking for a drink that isn’t Christmas-themed but still embodies the spirit of the holidays, this strong martini will do the trick!
Frostbite Martini
Yields 1 drink
Ingredients:
1 ounce vodka
1 ounce limoncello liqueur
1 ounce of blue Curaçao
1 ounce sweet and sour mix
Splash of cranberry juice
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
Shake to combine. Strain into a martini glass.
Enjoy!
Takeaway:
This one is not for the faint of heart. When we say martini, we mean martini. My sister picked up the glass and said it smelled like lemon hand sanitizer. However, my mom, who enjoys a martini, preferred this drink to the Yule Mule. So it’s all about what you’re looking for.
NOTE: The recipe listed above didn’t quite mimic the Disney color and came out like a deep purple or black. So I altered the next batch by omitting the cranberry juice to get more of the Elsa blue color.
