Drink Recipe: Lotso Berry Lemonade

Celebrate Pixar Fest with this strawberry lemonade!

Pixar Fest has started at Disneyland and there are a ton of new food and drink options to try. One of the new drink offerings that can be found at Troubadour Tavern is the Lotso Berry Lemonade inspired by “Toy Story.” This drink is simply strawberry lemonade paired with a sweet cream cold foam and an Outshine strawberry fruit bar popsicle, so it is super easy to recreate at home!

Yields 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • Strawberry lemonade

  • ¼ cup whole milk

  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

  • 1 Outshine strawberry fruit bar

Instructions:

  1. Add whole milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar to a glass and froth with a milk frother until you achieve a smooth foamy texture.

  2. Fill a glass ⅔ of the way with strawberry lemonade.

  3. Top with the sweet cream cold foam. Sometimes it is easier to spoon the foam gently on top of the lemonade instead of pouring it in.

  4. Add an Outshine strawberry fruit bar popsicle to the glass and enjoy!

Review:

This drink is very easy to make and tastes very refreshing! At first, I was a little unsure about the sweet cream cold foam mixing with the lemonade, but it actually doesn’t taste weird at all! It almost tastes like a strawberry smoothie at first, but then you get the taste of lemonade. Having the popsicle in the drink is super fun too, especially as it melts and you can mix it in.
