Recipe: Ron’s Naco from ‘Kim Possible’

Updated: May 2, 2023

Taco meets nacho — I call it the Naco.

Cartoon food always looks so delicious and Ron’s Naco from Kim Possible is no exception! This combination of a taco and nachos is a fun way to combine two of our favorite meals. It’s dripping with gooey nacho cheese and stuffed with tortilla chips and taco meat. Here’s how you can make yourself a Naco at home!

Ron’s Naco from Kim Possible

Yields 6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1 package taco seasoning

  • 6 flour tortilla shells

  • Tortilla chips

  • 1 can nacho cheese sauce

Instructions:

  1. Brown the ground beef and add the taco seasoning according to package instructions.

  2. While you are cooking the taco meat, start heating up your nacho cheese sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.

  3. Warm your tortilla shells in a 200ºF oven for about 5 minutes.

  4. Lay out a tortilla shell on a plate.

  5. Add broken up tortilla chips to the middle of the tortilla shell.

  6. Pour cheese sauce over the tortilla chips.

  7. Top with taco meat.

  8. Add more cheese sauce on top.

  9. Fold or roll the Naco up and enjoy!

Takeaway:

This was a very easy recipe to make it tasted pretty good! The tortilla chips added a nice crunch to the taco and it was a good mix between the hard- and soft-shell taco experience. You can always feel free to add in more toppings to your Naco, but we went with the simple cartoon ingredients of just cheese sauce and taco meat. The cheese sauce is definitely messy, but to be fair, the cheese is literally dripping through the shell onto Ron’s hands in the cartoon version as well. This wasn’t quite that messy but still messier than your average taco or nacho!
